Had a problem with my dishwasher at home. Even though it is not a product sold by Sargent's, they looked up the warranty on my dishwasher and discovered, to my surprise, that the broken part I had brought in was under warranty. I was told to leave the part with them and they would get the parts and repair it for me. I had to pay labor charges ($30), since only the parts were still warranted. However, the folks at Sargent's deserve all the kudos in the world for their customer service and customer relations. Top notch professionals that will help if they can and will go the extra mile to make sure that they have covered all angles in trying to help a customer. I picked up my repair part the next day. That is service!

A few months ago I had a malfunctioning dishwasher, and called Sargent's to repair. Andy was the technician and he was awesome, found the issue in 10 minutes flat. Returned the next day with the part - mainboard. I asked him about my dryer that had also just started to fail, he told me the store sometimes has scratch/dent sales and has those units in stock (my dyer was 12+ yrs old). Andy also restores antique washer/dryer units as a hobby and was kind enough to show me some pictures on his smart phone. Very friendly and professional service.

For Service this Co. beats all others in the area.  Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, even came on a Sat. day after Xmas.  Best part is they are  HONEST.  Again I highly recommend them. AND!! Once again they came through for me. My built-in oven, stopped working. Their serviceman was polite, honest, knowledgeable, and advised me that I needed an Electrician, as part of my 100amp. breaker wasn't getting to my oven. The serviceman checked out everything, before advising my problem was in my Electrical Panel. And for this service, they only charged me $ 20.00.
